About us

Archetype Projects works with private clients to manage luxury residential projects from initial concept and planning through to interior specification and construction. We work alongside carefully selected architects and interior designers, and maintain a highly skilled in-house team of trades, giving us direct control over how each home is built.

We have a small, focused team, which means the people who join us are involved in everything, working closely with leadership from day one, with the ability to see the full arc of projects from start to finish.

The role

You will work across residential projects from day one, supporting the team in the coordination and delivery of high-end developments and private homes across London. Office-based with regular site visits required.

Hands-on experience from day one.
Responsibilities include
- Project procurement
- Coordinating on-site activity and responding to issues as they arise
- Sourcing and booking subcontractors and specialist trades
- Arranging and managing deliveries in line with project programmes
- Supporting the development of internal systems, databases, and processes
- Processing and managing invoices
What we are looking for
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Confident communicator, comfortable with contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Interest in systems and process improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
