Archetype Projects was founded by Ali and Polly Kahloon - bringing together the rigour of a career in investment banking and the sensibility of a designer with a rare eye for how homes are conceived and finished.
Ali is a former Managing Director at Deutsche Bank with 19 years' experience across property development, planning and construction. Polly has six years' experience leading the interior design direction on high-end residential projects, working alongside some of London's leading interior design studios.
Together they lead each project personally - taking responsibility for both the development of the design and the delivery of the build. They work with a carefully selected group of architects and interior designers, appointing the right team for each project and guiding the process from initial concept and planning through to interior specification and construction.
With a highly skilled in-house team - including carpenters, bricklayers, roofers, decorators and electricians - Archetype Projects maintains direct control over how each home is built, not just managed.
The result is homes that are not only well built, but well judged.
