Archetype Projects is the vision of Ali and Polly Kahloon, bringing together financial discipline, project leadership and a considered approach to residential design and construction.
Ali, a former Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, brings over 19 years’ experience across property development, planning and construction, alongside a strong commercial and strategic foundation. Polly’s background as a professional contemporary dancer and teacher underpins a strong creative and disciplined approach to design, which she has developed over six years working closely with leading interior design studios, bringing a refined understanding of spatial composition, materiality and detailing.
Together, they lead high-end residential projects from the earliest stages through to completion, taking responsibility for both the development of the design and the delivery of the build. They work with a carefully selected group of architects and interior designers, appointing the right team for each project and guiding the process from initial concept and planning through to interior design and construction.
With a highly skilled in-house team of tradesmen - including carpenters, bricklayers, roofers, decorators and electricians - Archetype Projects maintains direct control over construction, ensuring consistency in quality and execution.
This approach results in homes that are not only well built, but well judged - carefully considered and executed to a consistently high standard.
